Porcelain Fermentation Crock

Highfired porcelian crock glazed with a subtle green celadon. This is a one of a kind crock, Holly has decided to only make this one for sale and will most likely not make anymore. They need to be made with porcelian so that they can hold fermenting liquids for a long amount of time without it leeching out, unlike stonewares that still take on 2% of water. Her crock she made and uses at home is made out of porcelian glazed in celadon works fantastically. Perfect for a kraut or kimchi!
